The terms “Blooms Forever”, “our”, “we” and “us” used throughout these Terms and Conditions refer to Blooms Forever, with a Business Registration Number of 41398486, and “you” and your” refer to you, the customer or website user.
- When you purchase a flower arrangement from Blooms Forever, you agree to pay the listed price and delivery fee for the selected arrangement.
- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
- We may have to reject an order in certain conditions, including but not limited to where a particular item is out of stock or because the product was mispriced by us. When this happens, we will let you know as soon as reasonably possible and refund any sums you have paid.
- Where certain flowers are unavailable, they will be substituted with similar colours and prices. These substitutions will not impact the overall style and appearance of the flower arrangement.
- Blooms Forever will organize the delivery of the flower arrangement to the specified address provided by you. Standard delivery fees as stated below will be charged to you.

- Blooms Forever will offer delivery 7 days a week between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Blooms Forever are unable to provide specific delivery times with the above delivery fee options.
- Orders made before 12:00 PM will be dispatched the following working day.If an order is placed after 12:00 PM, delivery will be scheduled for two days after. For example, an order placed on Monday at 12:05 PM will be delivered on Wednesday.
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address.
- Should the initial delivery be unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us and a second delivery will only be attempted after additional delivery fees and correct information are provided by you.
- Whilst we will try to ensure timely delivery of our flower arrangements, unforeseen delays may occur such as severe weather events (e.g. Black or Red Rainstorm Signals or Typhoon 8) or traffic conditions. If a delivery cannot be made within the specified timeframe due to such delays, we will deliver the order the following day at no additional charge to ensure the safety of our team and couriers.
- We do not accept refunds or replacements under any circumstances.
- If a flower arrangement is delivered damaged, or you are dissatisfied with the flower arrangement, please contact Blooms Forever via email at contact@blooms-forever.com within 3 days after delivery or pick-up and we will try to help.
- Blooms Forever may from time to time generate promotional codes for specific prospective customers, such promotional codes may not be transferred or exchanged for value to a third party.
- Blooms Forever reserves the right to terminate or disapply any discount using promotional codes which it deems to have been transferred or exchanged for value to a third party.
- Discounts will be applied to the subtotal of an order before delivery charges are added.
All materials made available by Blooms Forever, including the content, including images and text as well as the design of any floral arrangements displayed on the Blooms Forever website at www.blooms-forever.com and Instagram page at https://www.instagram.com/blooms.forever/ are the intellectual property of Blooms Forever and may not be used without our express permission.
We collect customers' names, email addresses, phone numbers, and delivery addresses. We may, with your consent, use this information to send you promotional and marketing materials to inform you about our products, services, events and offers that may be of interest to you. You may withdraw your consent to direct marketing by contacting Blooms Forever or, in the case of our emails, unsubscribing via the “unsubscribe” function provided.
